You were born to move!

Not sitting by a desk from 8h to 20h. I know that’s corporate life.
But still catch all the possible moments to stretch your body.
And when it turns to workout, don’t think about something crazy difficult. Find a class, find a coach or whatever you can fall in love(no pizza or burger place included?), so everytime you just think about your next session you get excited to pack your gym clothes.
If you choose the regular gym for a workout, please forget the beach muscles if you are not preparing for a fitness model competition. Think about your ‘body as one piece’ what you have to live together for a very long time.
There are way more useful movements and they will give you not only a better shape, but you build up a body where you feel good every single day.
When it turns to the workout plan it usually ends with an excuse of “but I don’t know what to do on my own”.
Go simple!

1. PULL
2. PUSH
3. HINGES
4. SQUAT
5. ROTATION
