Based on the ‘what’s your spirit animal’ game (btw I’m a panda) why you can’t have a spirit sport?
This is the kind of movement when during practising it you exactly know that this is the thing what you were looking for ages. When all your cells and nerves and body parts are just burning from happiness.
Back in the days I was working as a fitness coach teaching step/dance aerobics and the traditional body condition classes when I met bodyART and all the different yoga based movements. I knew that this is what I needed, this is what my body were asking for.
With this move my whole career has changed in a few years and my focus has changed.
I love pushing my physical limits and practising movements what I never thought that I would be ever able to do (like hello armstand). And then one day they asked me to try a cycling class. I told them thanks but sorry I’m not teaching spinning classes. They told me it’s something different. It’s more than a usual fitness class.
Deep inside I said ‘come on I’m working in the fitness industry for more than 10 years there is nothing new you can show me’. They SO DID! Here came @dynamocycling and change the game!
Some of you were asking what is this exactly and why we are not posting more about the classes? Sometimes we do post some moves, but it shows only around 1% of a class. It’s a whole experience what you have to try yourself and let into your body.
I feel like I found everything what I need to keep myself on the right track physhically, mentally and emotionally.
I work hard for getting better every single day, with all the energy what my clients are giving during the sessions. And it always takes me to the next level.
