How does self-confidence work?

Self Confidence is personal power, capacity and ability.

Confidence brings more happiness, because when you are confident in your abilities you are happier due to your successes.

Self Confidence was first used in sports, for athletes  who want to become a winners.

Physical activity depends on us, our body, our mindset. When our mind is strong, our body will following.

The body will take action to achieve what mind is saying.

And like this, we become more confident in who we are or what we do.  Improving self confidence everyday, will lead to improved performance and more success life in general.

And when you feel better, you are happy and you have a great self confidence in your capabilities, you are more motivated to act and achieve your goals.
