How do we overcome disappointments?

Disappointments are unfulfilled expectations, they are the imaginations of our minds that we want, but they can not be fulfilled.

The failure causes to feelings of sadness, disappointment, leading to nervousness, hate, depression and anxiety.  States that no one wants. But what we can do it?

From my own experience I propose the following steps:

  1. Relax and sleep at least 8 to 9 hours a day. Sleep helps you refresh your thoughts and senses.
  2. Give time to time. Do not force things. Time will solve everything If you let him go.
  3. Free your mind of all the thoughts you have towards someone, whether your friend or your sister. Say everything you have on your mind.  After you feel much better.
  4. Do not judge yourself, do not compare to anyone. Nobody has the same situation.
  5. Do not underestimate, do not criticize yourself in any way.
  6. Focus on what you have learned from all your experiences. If you have learned something, you have not lost anything.
  7. Concentrate on activities that make you happy.
  8. Patience. Have patience with yourself and with the situation you are facing.

In conclusion, everything is transient and you will come out of all stronger and more confident in your own strength.
